It is about a proposed law in Virginia where women would be required to report any "fetal death" even a first trimester miscarriage that takes place without a physician in attendance. And apparently it's not the threat to choice that I took it for initally, as women having an abortion meet the criteria of having a physician in attendance and thus do not have to report. Still, just a shocking invasion of privacy.
