Got the house we wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not uncrossing fingers till we move in but we are very happy and excited.
It is almost three times the size of our current house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a three season porch, a balcony off of my bedroom and a finished basement. It also has central air (which we don't) and actual closets! And doors that close!
I feel like I am so much luckier than I deserve to be.
I also have the very nicest grandma in the whole world who is making this possible for us.
Thanks to God, Fate, the universe, Karma and any other forces that helped this happen.

I also get to be happy for my good friend whose house has finally sold!!!!!!!
